Cooling Vest

Compared to last year,  I have only worn my cooling vest once this year, today will be twice.  Is it a factor that our summer is just starting or my tolerance of heat is better after my CCSVI treatment or I manage how long I stay in the sun better.  All I know is I love to be in the sun it makes me happy so I bought this great cooling vest for myself and my Mom who has MS as well. Great investment that did not cost huge dollars. My Mom packs around a traditional 6 pack cooler gets her vest wet and puts in fridge or freezer before heading out on a hot day.
