Toeless Compression Socks
Tomorrow is the day! I know compression socks are not fun to put on but 3 hours of wrapping is not fun either. When we originally started wrapping, my ankles were over 16″ in circumference, now they are 12.5″. It took about 1 and 1/2 months of wrapping to get to this point. I am very thankful for everyone’s help, from my husband and mother in law, to my neighbours, massage therapist and even my dog who happily sat through everything. If anyone has any tips on putting compression socks easier please respond below. Thanks.
Try running one hand down into the sock and grab the heel.
Pull the open end over the toe.
Now grab the heel of the sock with both hands and pull over your toes up to your heel.
Then grab the open end of the sock and pull all the way on.
Works for me.
