Today – First Day of Compression/Lymph Massage

Very foggy start to this morning. The fog has lifted slowly and the sky is clear, the sun is out and we have a full moon tonight. Today is just a beautiful day, kind of what I feel like now. I had my legs wrapped this morning and the edema is moving out of my lower legs, just like the morning fog.  Affirmation: I will  feel as good about my edema as I feel about the weather today.  My legs are covered with a layer of foam and tensors, each of my individual toes are wrapped with gauze.
