The Words NO and BUT

Learn to say ‘NO’.

AND

Get the word ‘BUT’ out of your vocabulary.

Lesson that I learn everyday.

I over commit and make excuses so I can over commit.

and then!…

I wish I would have said ‘NO’ in the first place.

There is a simple solution but to break it is another.

A good place to practice saying ‘NO’ is the phone solicitors, or door knockers.
